A gentler way to listen
Start with one sound at a comfortable low volume. Try another if it feels distracting. Evidence that noise improves sleep is mixed; a quiet room may suit you better. Dim the screen and keep a regular sleep routine. Scenes finish naturally unless repeat is enabled. Live programmes can change in volume or include vocals. These tools support relaxation; they do not treat insomnia.
